Set up Walla mail in Outlook

You can read a Walla mailbox in Outlook after IMAP is turned on and the account is added by hand. Without IMAP, Outlook does not fetch the mail.

1. Turn on IMAP in Walla Mail

1. Sign in to Walla Mail in the browser.
2. Open the mailbox settings.
3. Turn IMAP on, and save.

Move to Outlook only after that service is on.

2. Classic Outlook

1. File, then Add Account.
2. Advanced options, then manual setup, then IMAP.
3. Enter the full email address and the password.
4. Fill in the incoming and outgoing servers, including port and encryption.

3. The new Outlook

1. Settings, then Accounts, then Add account.
2. Choose advanced setup or IMAP if Outlook does not recognize Walla on its own.
3. Enter the same server details.

Server settings

• Incoming IMAP: in.walla.co.il, port 993, SSL/TLS.
• Incoming POP3: in.walla.co.il, port 995, SSL/TLS.
• Outgoing SMTP: out.walla.co.il, port 465 (SSL) or port 587 (STARTTLS).

Fill these fields in Outlook and save.
